One of my favourite walks in the Yorkshire Dales

This summer I showed Denise a walk on the understanding that she kept it secret...!

Anyway here is is for you to consider. It has it all. Rivers, Old Mine workings, Open Moors,

Valleys and the obligatory Pub.

Parking is easy at the village of Gunnerside.

Here is a link to a map.

You can cut it slightly shorter by heading towards Muker instead of going all the way to Keld.

Bank House is located on the central square in the Yorkshire Dales village of Ingleton
SAT NAV LA6 3EG
As you enter the village from the A65 head towards the village centre. You will pass the church on your left, carry on until you reach the village square.
Bank House is located on your right directly as you enter the square next to 'Bare Essentials' local shop.
There is a name plate by the door.
Free Parking is available on the Square, and the Back Square (directly behind towards the fish & chip shop)
You can also park on The Wheatsheaf car park 50 yards up the road.
Note the high street is one way. If you go too far and want to come back around go to the top of the high street. Turn right and head down the hill. Turn right into the community centre car park and cross over then turn right back onto main street.
